Observations

Historical building from the 18th century, completely refurbished in 2002. Converted into 5 comfortable apartments and one studio-apartment. The interior of the apartments is all new. View on the Cathedral from apartment Arfe 4.

Ideal location for sightseeing tours. All the major monuments are within a reasonable walking distance.
Also very interesting for investigators, working at the nearby Indian Archive.

Car parking: Public underground parking at the edge of c/ Reyes Católicos with Paseo Cristobal Colon, coordenate L-6 in the map. Another parking is below Plaza de Armas, coordenate I-5. At 3-5 min walking from the apartments.
