Excellent situation to explore the city

The Arfe apartments are centrally located, just a 1 minute walking distance from the Cathedral, the best starting point for your city visit. A total of five apartments are located in the historic building.

Equipped for passing a comfortable holiday

The photo shows the living room of Arfe #2. The two big windows overlooking Arfe street create a bright atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with stove top, fridge, cooking utensils and washing machine. Clothes can be dried on the roof top.

The personal touch with high attention to the detail

The apartments #3 and #5 have a double bed, #2 and #4 come with twin beds. All apartments have been decorated personally by the owner, each is unique, with special attention to the smallest details.

• Arfe #1: Apartment with 1 bedroom, double bed, reduced price due to low ceiling (1,95m)

• Arfe #2: Apartment with 1 bedroom, twin beds, additional sofa-bed in the living-room

• Arfe #3: Studio Apartment with double bed, separated from the living room by a screen

• Arfe #4: Duplex Apartment with 1 bedroom (double bed) and bathroom on upper floor, living room on lower floor. Floors are connected by metal stairway. (Not recommended for children or disabled people. Please see photo.)

• Arfe #5: Apartment with 1 bedroom, double bed

All apartments are air conditioned. Apartments nr. 1-3 are located on the first floor, nr. 4-5 on the second floor. Without elevator. The floorplan below shows the apartment nr. 2 as an example.

Observations

The historic building from the 18th century was completely refurbished in 2002. Converted into 4 comfortable apartments and one studio apartment. The interior of the apartments has been completely renovated. Some rooms feature wooden beam ceilings and exposed brick work. A nice view of the Cathedral is a special detail from apartment Arfe 4.

This is an ideal location for sightseeing, as the Arenal quarter is the most central in Seville. All of the major monuments are within a reasonable walking distance. Also very interesting for researchers working at the nearby Indian Archive.

The Arfe apartments are often booked far in advance, as you can see in the availability calendar. The apartments have many repeating guests as well as others who stay from recommendations from former guests.

INTERNET:
We can provide you with a wireless modem to connect to the internet. This service is without cost, but you must advise us in advance at the time of making your reservation.

SHOPPING:
On Arfe street you can find grocery shops, a butcher, bakeries, etc. From Plaza Nueva the commercial center of Seville begins, including the famous shopping streets of Sierpes and Tetuan.

EAT AND DRINK:
The most famous restaurant of Arfe street is La Isla, well-known for its seafood. In the Arenal quarter you will find many good tapas bars and restaurants.

PARKING:
The closest public underground parking is located on the edge of c/ Reyes Católicos with Paseo Cristobal Colon. Another parking is below Plaza de Armas. These are approximately 3-5 minutes walking from the apartments. You can find both parkings on our "City Map" section.
