The name of the apartments comes from the location in the city quarter of El Arenal. Points of interest such as the cathedral, the town hall and the bull ring are within easy reach, about 2 minutes walking distance for each.



Arenal #3, on the 3rd floor, has 2 bedrooms. Arenal #2, on the second floor, comes with 3 bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows.



The roof terrace is located on the 3rd floor, and is shared between both apartments.

Observations

The El Arenal quarter is one of the most traditional in Seville. The main point of interest in the quarter is the bull ring. This neighborhood is characterized by an endless number of tapas bars and toreros' atmosphere.

We especially like the large, bright rooms. The furniture is simple but functional. The location is excellent for visiting the major sights and monuments.

SHOPPING:
On the other side of the Plaza Nueva the commercial district of Seville begins, with the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez. The closest supermarket is in the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center in Plaza de la Magdalena.

EAT AND DRINK:
You will find plenty of restaurants and tapas bars close by. Some recommendations from Jeff Spielvogel: Bars und Restaurants Arenal.

PARKING:
There is a public underground parking at the edge of Paseo de Cristobal Colón with Reyes Católicos street. A closer parking is in Albareda street, next to Plaza Nueva. Here the access by car is more difficult, because of the central location.
