The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard including air conditioning throughout.

In the bull fighters' territory

Bedroom 1 has two single beds with a large French window facing the Calle Iris (the same street which the matadors walk along to enter La Plaza de Toros!).

Observations

Locations do not get much better than this. The apartment is situated in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by the Plaza de Toros, the river and La Maestranza Opera House. Seville's most famous tapas bars and restaurants are on your door step: Calle Antonia Diaz alone has three of four famous restaurants or tapas bars. The proximity to the bull ring and very easy access to other major sights puts you in the middle of everything Seville has to offer.

INTERNET:
The apartment has its own modem, usable with network cable or WiFi. Major downloads are not possible.

SHOPPING:
The shopping center El Corte Inglés and the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are only a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. On the adjoining Arfe street you can find several small grocery shops.

EAT AND DRINK:
El Arenal is the centre of Seville's tapas and restaurant scene. The Calle Antonia Diaz itself has a number of famous establishments: Horacio (Michelin rated restaurant), Bodeguita Antonio Romero (favourite of the matadors!), El Buzo (great tapas) and the Meson Serranito (cheap and cheerful tapas and Andalucian fair).
You can extend your 'tapeo' in the surrounding streets with some of Seville's most highly rated restaurants and bars: Taberna del Alabardero (in nearby Calle Zaragoza), Rincon del Pulpo Gallego (a Galician seafood favourite), Enrique Beccerra (smart and authentic), and Meson La Infanta (the oldest bar in Calle Dos de Mayo). PARKING:
Parking nearby is possible at the reasonably priced municipal car park under the bull ring on Paseo de Colon, a large avenue which runs along the river.
