The apartments Alvarez are in the Macarena quarter of Seville, in the northern area of the old town. Faustino Alvarez street runs parallel to Feria street, where you can find plenty of small, locally owned shops for almost any need.

Simplicity with good value

The living room is equipped with sofa-bed, dining table, TV, etc.
The bedroom comes with double bed (nr.A) or twin beds (nr.B).

Ideal for tourists, students, workers

The kitchen is completely equipped with stove top, fridge and cooking utensils. Wifi internet is available.

Enjoy personal attention by the apartment owners

The house was built in 2003. The apartment owner lives on the first floor. Both apartments are on the ground floor, and each has a small patio.

Observations

The Apartments are located close to the Guadalquivir River and the Cartuja peninsula. Ideal for visitors of the Isla Mágica theme park.
The basilica La Macarena is just a few minutes away on foot, as well as the remains of the historic city wall and the Andalusian Parliament.

There is WIRELESS INTERNET in the apartments.

SHOPPING:
In Calle Feria street you find lots of small shops, a supermarket and a market hall, at 2 min walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
At 2 min walking distance towards the river, you cross the Alameda de Hercules, a strung-out sandy park seamed by restaurants, tapas bars, ice cream parlours, etc.

PARKING:
The closest car park is next to the Andalusian Parliament, at 5 min walking distance. You can also park on the streets Faustino Alvarez or Feria, but it is difficult to find a place.
