The Altamira apartments are located on a square on calle Santa María la Blanca, in the picturesque Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment building is facing the Palacio de Altamira, which has been built as a smaller copy of the Real Alcázar.

Completely refurbished and well equipped

The apartment building has been completely refurbished into 6 modern and bright apartments with large windows. There are 5 apartments with one bedroom and 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms.

With sun terrace

A commun roof terrace is on top of the building, around the patio. Enjoy a sunbath by day or a glass of wine by night over the roof tops of Seville.

Located on a typical Plaza

The location has both, life in the middle of an vibrating area, historical sourrounding, leisure and culture hot spots a stone throw away and at the same time it is relatively quiet, as the car traffic through the small alley is limited to taxis and authorized residents.

Observations

INTERNET:
There is free wireless Internet access in all apartments.

NON-SMOKING:
It is not allowed to smoke in the Altamira apartments.

BREAKFAST:
A small courtesy breakfast with coffee or tea and a croissant or toast with marmelade, is included at the DAILY rate in the Restaurant/Cafeteria Altamira. Breakfast time from 9-11:00 am.
A part from the free breakfast, our guests receive a 10% discount for any other meal at the restaurant.

SUN TERRACE:
There is a shared roof terrace on the building.

WASHING MACHINE:
Note that not all apartments have a washing machine. If you want to wash, please advise when making the booking.

SHOPPING:
Supermarkets are in the Avenida Menendez Pelayo or in the opposite direction at Plaza Alfalfa, a bakery is in Santa Maria la Blanca, at 1 minute walking distance. The shopping area with the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are a 10 minutes walk away.

EAT AND DRINK:
Santa Maria la Blanca street offers everything of the culinary side: Andalusian Tapas, Arabian, Italian and Japanese food. You only need to choose walking along the street, most of the restaurants have outside sitting areas, also next to the gardens "Jardines de Murillo".

PARKING:
The closest car park is in Cano y Cueto street, with access from Avenida de Menendez Pelayo.

Seasonal adjustments

Low season: 01 Jan -5 Mar, 1 Jul -31 Aug, 5 Nov -24 Dec.
High season: 5 Mar -30 Jun, 1 Sep -5 Nov, 24 Dec -1 Jan.

Semana Santa (24-28 Mar 2013): 50% supplement on high season rates.
Semana Santa (28-31 Mar 2013): 100% supplement on high season rates.
Feria de Abril (16-21 Apr 2013): 50% supplement on high season rates.

Minimum stay

2 nights in the apartments 2A, 2B, 2C.
3 nights in the apartments 1A, 1B, 1C.
4 nights in Semana Santa and Feria, all apartments.

Other services/cost

Prices include water and electricity. Breakfast included in the daily rates (not in the weekly rates). Change of bed linen and towels once per week included, if the stay is longer than 7 nights. Supplement for arrivals at the apartment after 24:00h: 20 €.

Reservation and Security Deposit

The RESERVATION DEPOSIT is 20% of the total price.

On arrival, the remaining balance (80%) of the rent is due, plus a refundable deposit of 100 Euros as a guarantee for any damages. Payment by credit card, or in cash.
