On one of the most famous spots of Seville

The apartment building is located on calle Cabeza del Rey Don Pedro, next to the Alfalfa square. The 3 floors house was just renovated in 2008 and contains 3 one-bedroom apartments.

In the very heart of the centre

Seville’s major monuments, the Cathedral and the Alcazar, are within 5 minutes walking distance.

A fully equipped flat

All of the apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, living-room with bed-sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and kitchenware. The apartments are also furnished with television, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating.

Enjoy the proximity to everything

The street has not much car traffic, the vibrant spots like Plaza Alfalfa and Salvador are closeby, also plenty of shops and supermarkets. In the living-room and the bedroom of all apartments are small, French balconies to the street. You can see the view from the window in the photo below.

SHOPPING:
Three supermarkets and a bakery are less than 2 minutes walking distance from the apartments. Plenty of small shops, ideal for window-shopping and daily needs are also close by.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Plaza Alfalfa is filled with tapas bars and restaurants. This area is perfect for afternoon tea or coffee, tapas or sampling some of Seville's nightlife.

We recommend the tapas of Bar Alfalfa, and as a different (Semana Santa) atmosphere for sipping a long drink you can visit Bar Garlochi.

PARKING:
Please note that the apartment location is in the very center of Seville and access by car is very difficult. If you come by rental car, we highly recommend looking up directions and taking note of the one-way streets. You can find a list of many public parking garages on our "City Map" page.

Prices include water and electricity. Change of bed linen and towels once per week. We recommend the optional maid service, for 18,- Euros, if your stay is longer than one week.
