The Alcázares rental apartments are comprised of 7 beautiful apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment homes. Ideal for couples or families, this living accommodation is also suitable for groups of up to 10 people in a 3-bedroom apartment or with a combination of the THREE adjacent Alcázares Apartments Nr. I, II and III at a REDUCED RATE.
Equipped for self-catering
The one-bedroom apartment is equipped with twin beds, the two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments combine rooms with double beds an twin beds and the studios have double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is small but well equipped for self-catering.

The apartments are located in the historical center, just one minute walking from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazars of Seville. Ideal for short stays, the Alcázares rental apartments are a great starting point for your city visit.

Observations
INTERNET:There is wireless Internet in the apartments. It is provided at no additional cost to you.
BABY BED:
A baby bed is available but must be requested at the time of booking the apartment because it is shared in between the four apartments.
NON-SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in the Alcázares Apartments.
COMBINATION OF 2 OR 3 APARTMENTS:
The four Alcázares Apartments have a common entrance door in the stairway of the building, before coming to each individual apartment entrance. Therefore, the apartments can be combined yet still remain closed to the stairway.
This is an ideal location for sightseeing, as the Arenal quarter is the most central in Seville. All of the major monuments are within a reasonable walking distance. Also very interesting for researchers working at the nearby Indian Archive.
SHOPPING:
On Arfe street you can find grocery shops, a butcher, bakeries, etc. From Plaza Nueva the commercial center of Seville begins, including the famous shopping streets of Sierpes and Tetuan.
EAT AND DRINK:
The most famous restaurant in the area is in Arfe street, La Isla, well-known for its seafood. In the Arenal quarter you will find many good tapas bars and restaurants.
PARKING:
The closest public underground parking is located on the edge of c/ Reyes Católicos with Paseo Cristobal Colon. These are approximately 3-5 minutes walking from the apartment. You can find all parkings on our "City Map" section.
