The two studio-apartments own their name to Alcaicería street, located in the old town of Seville, between el Salvador y la Alfalfa.

These studios have a wardrobe including a foldaway bed, this way you can enjoy the living room during the day, and it becomes the sleeping area at nights.

Dining table

Both apartments have similar decoration, traditional but functional. The living area comes with a sofa, TV and a dining table for up to 4 people.

Kitchenette

There is a small kitchenette with washing machine and cooking utensils, integrated in the living room.

Observations

SHOPPING:
Plenty of shops are located in the surrounding streets. The comercial centre with the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 5 minutes walking distance.
The next supermarkets are on Plaza Alfalfa or in Cuesta del Rosario street.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Bar Europa is at the next corner, recommended for having some tapas.
At less than 100 meters, the Salvador square is the place to meet in Seville while enjoying the late afternoon and traditional “aperitivo”.

PARKING:
The next car park is in Albareda street, next to Plaza Nueva, approx. 15€/24h. Or in the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping house, at Plaza de la Magdalena, aprox. 18€/24h. Each at 10 min walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself cannot be reached by car, as it is in a pedestrian area. Closest access points: Plaza Alfalfa or Cuesta del Rosario street.
