The apartments are two attics in a building with traditional arquitecture of the early 20th century, integrated in the patio of the monastery Santa Clara (13/14th century). This accommodation comes with a private terrace for each apartment, carefully decorated with plants and sunny. Here you can enjoy the silence of the former monastery, after a walk through old and lively quarter of the Alameda de Hercules. The apartments are located on the second floor without elevator, in two separate buildings, around the same courtyard.

Ideal for families

Living room with direct access to the terrace and two big windows, a bright atmosphere and beautiful views. There is a double sofa-bed for 2 people and the kitchenette, completely equipped with fridge, stove top, washing machine and cooking utensils.

The bedroom has a double bed (2,00 x 1,50m). The apartment windows either go towards a large interior patio or to the terrace which makes this place silent. There are no other flats on the same floor, which creates a high level of privacy.

The terrace is the heart piece of the apartments. A wide variety of plants, a lovley view over the patio, good equipment as sun loungers, wooden table and chairs let you enjoy the terrace over the day in the sun or by night, surrounded by the scent of the flowers.

SHOPPING:
In Calle Feria street you find lots of small shops, a supermarket and a market hall, at 4 min walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
There is a wide range of tapas bars and restaurants around the Alameda de Hercules, at only 1 minute walking distance and with attractive prices.

PARKING:
Access until the house door by car is easy, but it is difficult to find a parking lot. You can find the public parkings on our city map or park in Torneo street, along the river.
